com\u00fan y suele suceder casi en todos los casos y pa\u00edses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">La visa obtenida es la que definir\u00e1 el tipo de residencia que tendr\u00e1s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Seg\u00fan la ley Dominicana, Existen varias formas para obtener un permiso o style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Visa de Dependencia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Visas de Negocios.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Requisitos para solicitar una Visa de Residencia Dominicana.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Estos var\u00edan seg\u00fan el tipo de visa que solicite, a manera general, independientemente del tipo de visado que solicites, debes consignar tres requisitos b\u00e1sicos e indispensables, esto aplica para todo las modalidades:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Pasaporte vigente, con no menos de ocho (8) meses de vigencia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Antecedentes Penales (Apostillado).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Acta de nacimiento (Apostillada).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><u>SEGUNDO<\/u><\/strong>: Solicitud de Residencia Dominicana.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El Inversi\u00f3n, Rentista y Jubilado, en teor\u00eda se requieren en promedio 45 d\u00edas<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Si aplicas para la Residencia por Jubilaci\u00f3n, contaras con incentivos especiales que otorga la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hacienda.gob.do\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/ley_no_171-07-1.pdf\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Ley No. 171-07<\/a> lo que hace a Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, un buen pa\u00eds para los jubilados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">En este caso espec\u00edfico, tendr\u00e1s que consignar, adem\u00e1s de los tres recaudo antes mencionados:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Certificado de Jubilaci\u00f3n, emitido por un organismo oficial o empresa privada donde establezca monto y tiempo que recibe por Jubilaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Comprobante donde conste ingresos m\u00ednimos de 1.500,00 USD$ o su equivalente.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Esperando que todo fluya bien y obtenga Residencia por Jubilaci\u00f3n,&nbsp; podr\u00e1&nbsp; obtener los beneficios que esta condici\u00f3n aplica en la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Exenci\u00f3n Arancel de Aduanas, que exonera del pago de impuestos a los Ajuares del Hogar y Bienes Personales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Exoneraci\u00f3n Parcial de impuestos de Veh\u00edculos de Motor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Exenci\u00f3n de los impuestos sobre transferencias inmobiliarias, para la primera propiedad optar&nbsp; a Visa de Residencia por Rentista.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Al listado anterior se deben agregar los siguientes documentos:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>En el caso de Rentista con inversi\u00f3n personal en el pa\u00eds de origen: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Se consignara el documento financiero de la instituci\u00f3n de origen de los fondos acumulados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong> Rentista con inversi\u00f3n personal en la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Se deben consignar los documentos probatorios de las inversiones que a t\u00edtulo personal el solicitante haya efectuado en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Cantidad m\u00ednima exigida como ingreso del rentista: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El rentista deber\u00e1 justificar un ingreso m\u00ednimo de US $2,000.00 o su equivalente en moneda local (peso Dominicano).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Requisitos Visa de Residencia por Inversi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Los requisitos son los mismos que se se\u00f1alan en la visa por reunificaci\u00f3n familiar, adicionalmente se deben agregar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Certificado de Inversionista emitido por el CEI-RD<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Carta de Certificaci\u00f3n de Empleo de la persona receptora: en los caso de marido\/mujer e hijos deben estar tambi\u00e9n en la carta de garant\u00eda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Carta de Garant\u00eda: Si el solicitante es accionista de la empresa, se deber\u00e1 presentar Acto del Consejo Administrativo de la compa\u00f1\u00eda original, as\u00ed como una copia para entregar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><u>TERCERO<\/u><\/strong>: Solicitar C\u00e9dula De Identidad Dominicana.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Este es el \u00faltimo y el m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil, solo requiere de la autorizaci\u00f3n de <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.migracion.gob.do\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align:
